Bleach 309 – Nnoitra’s powers fully unleashed!!! Zaraki Kenpachi’s doomed?!?

Summary
The chapter begins by showing that Nnoitra was heavily injured by Kenpachi’s previous attack.
Kenpachi then said that by ripping off his eyepatch, Nnoitra was left with zero chance of defeating him. He then explained that that was a seal to suppress his reiatsu so that he could enjoy the battle longer.
Kenpachi mocked him and Nnoitra shouted that he wouldn’t die just like that. He then released his Zanpakutou by shouting, “Pray! Santa Teresa!”
Ichigo was shocked by the new appearance of Nnoitra which had two extra arms. Also, the wounds which were made by Kenpachi with his eyepatch off were closing up.
Even at this instant, Kenpachi was still laughing and his insane laughter worked up again. He said that he haven’t felt like this for a long time and Nnoitra dared him to cut him.
Kenpachi charged towards Nnoitra and attempted to slash him, but his attack was stopped easily by Nnoitra. Nnoitra then asked him if that’s all he got and he slashed him. Kenpachi flew off and Nnoitra told him that his sword wasn’t even worth shit.

Personal Opinions
I believe we’ve all expected this – The release of Nnoitra’s Zanpakutou. Indeed, after unleashing all his powers, Nnoitra definitely became a terrifying killing tool. As expected of the 5th Espada… Also, his released form looks terribly cool, at least to me. The image of a mantis definitely suits him, and I simply love his four gigantic swords. They’re awesome.
Looks aside, he was able to withstand an attack by Kenpachi who had his eyepatch off then, and even send him flying with a single attack. This fact alone shows how strong the 5th Espada is. I shudder to imagine how freaking strong the first four Espadas are going to be…
As far as we know, Kenpachi with his eyepatch off is his strongest state. If Nnoitra can even defeat that, it would mean that he had won the battle. However, I doubt Kubo Tite would let both Byakuya and Kurotsuchi win their battles and let Kenpachi suffer a total defeat. Yes, we ain’t gonna see that happen.
Which leads us to this notion that Kenpachi definitely has a trump card. And I’m guessing that his Shikai (or even Bankai) would be released in the next chapter. Let’s rejoice!!!
However, there’s still another possibility which everyone hates the most…
If Kubo Tite is going to let someone save Kenpachi, I’m so gonna skin him alive!

Yes, someone in Bleach finally snuffs it!
Since this Anime is all about death and so on, it is very annoying to have no-one who has actually died! Finally, the biggest beserking bumface finally gets it in the neck and dies! score one for common sense!

Guessing possibilities for beating noitora:-
1) zaraki with a bankai
2) sum1 interefere the battle(maybe nel herself again or some higher ranked espadas’ who once knew zaraki as a great buddy)
3) captain unohana enters the fight
4) zaraki has some other powers which he didnt show to anyone until now
5) Or just that another captain from soul society show up(e.g. kyouraku shunsui)
6) Inoue do something(heal zaraki) but even though it will be hopeless for zaraki to beat noitora….

heys guyz i think i found sumthing concerning the ranks of the 1st three espadas using some ‘weird’ logics according to the seating of the espadas in anime episod 145….1st espada is stark, the 2nd is halibel and the 3rd is the old man…its is a guess with some logic lol :-)

hitsugaya will save kempachi because kempachi is idiot and he dont know use the shikai/bankai hitsugaya is the best.

dude’s why do you think zaraki has achieved bankai and shikai?
i mean.. in the anime and the manga with the soul society part you hear both kusajishi yachiru and kenpachi zaraki saying that zaraki cannot hear his sword or other spiritual things
he just has some friggin much of it!
and also with that .. if kenpachi releases the eye-patch seal you could know (if u saw the anime) that it started earthquaking and raining and different stuff.
so what im telling you know is : if kenpachi would knew the name of the zanpakutou the world would explode.
cuz he has some frggin spiritual pressure thats not normally anymore.

I think Yachiru IS Kenpachi’s zanpakuto. Just a thought. I think that’s why he named her, y’know? Anyone remember that early on he said that the little girl crawled up to him all covered in blood and she didn’t have a name and he didn’t have a name until then, so he gave her one? It would be even cooler if Kenpachi was Yachiru’s zanpakuto, though. How sick would that be when she says, “Bankai” and Kenpachi goes apeshit crazy and turns into some narstly beastliness?! Just sayin. He’ll probably be saved, though…my 2 cents.

@bloodfeather: Kenpachi /doesn’t/ hear his sword, it’s not that he /can’t/ hear his sword. At the end of the fight against ichigo, he sincerely asks the sword’s name but doesn’t get anything. It could mean either he just can’t hear it, or it doesn’t like him enough to tell him its name so soon after his ignoring it to the point that his spiritual pressure would leave the blade ragged. Also, the naming scene Kevin mentions could be foreshadowing instead of just backstory.
I theorize that the zanpakuto’s name could be Yachiru, but isn’t the pink-haired soul reaper he;s always carrying around. Unlikely, but it would be interesting.
Unfortunately, it was nothing so cool as any of the theories here. Just a bit of mock humble pie.

mmm.. actually i dont remember which scene but it said clearly dat only when u reached the dangerous stage of death the sword will speak to you… but kenpachi as far as i c he never gotten to dat stage once or either get beaten so bad once… so i dont think he cant … its just not the right time… Lol til then… bloodshed once again will rise inside Kenpachi … n there goes go back to the past of killin ppl’s lives
