Naruto 392 – The Sword of Totsuka

Summary
The chapter begins by showing the true nature of Susanoo – A massive spiritual warrior.
A voice was calling out to Sasuke, telling him to use his powers in order to defeat Itachi. Sasuke gave in and he used Orochimaru’s Hydra technique, summoning a gigantic snake with multiple heads. Susanoo unsheathed his sword and began to cut off the heads.
At this instant, Orochimaru appeared through one of the snake’s mouth, and the sword of Kusanagi came out from his mouth. Orochimaru was determined to kill Itachi when Itachi’s Susanoo stabbed his sword right at the middle of Orochimaru’s body. Orochimaru thought that he wouldn’t die just like that, but was proven wrong when he found out later on that that sword was actually the sword of Totsuka.
The sword of Totsuka is the ultimate counter to the sword of Kusanagi, and it contains the power to seal whatever it pierces into a blissful dream-like genjutsu. Orochimaru searched for it all his life but it was actually in the hands of Itachi.

Personal Opinions
So that’s Susanoo. Truth be told, I’m actually quite disappointed with it… I still prefer both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. They, to be, seem to be much stronger than Susanoo. Susanoo is just like a summoned monster like Gama Bunta to me, nothing else. And I totally hate summoned monsters. It’s like the ninjas aren’t fighting with their own strengths. Alright, enough of my rant on Susanoo, lest all crazy Itachi fangirls would come looking for me tomorrow.
About this chapter, I’m not really that excited. All of a sudden, Orochimaru just came into the picture once again. WTF? I thought he was gone for good when he entered Kabuto’s body. Now he’s back again. WTF. Can’t he just die? I really don’t want to see him any longer. I want more of Pain and Tobi!
Talking about Tobi, we have another exciting match coming up right after this match between the Uchiha brothers. I hope you guys haven’t forgotten about the match between Tobi and the Konoha ninjas! Let’s look forward to that!

Wasn’t Orochimaru inside Kabuto? Or am I completely lost as too WTF happened with Orochimaru?

hey guyz i’ve thought of something, gotta tell u!!…remember the way to conquer the mangekyou is to kill one’s best friend!!…if we consider sasuke’s case, since he trained so much with orochimaru, he became used to ORO more than naruto and thus be his best friend!!!…and sasuke kill orochimaru to acquire his mangekyou!!!..meaning we can’t still say if sasuke has or hasnt a mangekyou!!..if he has, he just don’t want to use it against itachi since he already has the capacity to fight with ‘normal-sharingan’ with him!!!… ;-) p.s this is spoiler, dont pay attention to it

Why we got to be “fangirls”? Yeah, I’m going for Itachi, but that’s b/c he should win. I haven’t forgotten that he’s a evil bastard. I don’t understand why so many people love Sasuke. Sasuke left behind his friends & village to join Orochimaru. Sasuke continues to use that cursed seal mark and it’s mentioned that he’s been taking other drugs given to me by Orochimaru & Kabuto. Sasuke almost killed Naruto twice for trying to save him and for his trouble Naruto was actually saved by Orocchimaru from Sasuke. If Sasuke kills Itachi, then what? Should his friends & village just take him back? Honestly, I wouldn’t. Naruto has more heart than me. If one of my friends walked away from me and later almost killed me, that friendship is over. If Sasuke was to die, I wouldn’t lose any sleep, but I know he’s not going to get killed off. This whole find Sasuke & save him bs is lame anyway (especially since Sasuke doesn’t want to be saved).

i just want to dee the fight between tobi(madara) and the kanoha ninja thats gone be hot ass hell! i got a prediction, i think madara is gonna take kakashis sharingan cause it seems like madara has only 1 sharingan eye!

Ah, but you have to remember that Kabuto is still being taken over by Orochimaru……that parasite. >< I want him to die already. He’s so weak and has no purpose to the show/manga right now.

That would be a bad ending to the fight. Great Itachi’s last triumph card the “poke of ” great he was practicing on sasuke all those years.

the poke thing reminds me of the time when sasuke and itachi were younger long time ago before the uchiha clan was wiped out, itachi used to poke sasuke in the head

itachi is best and susan’o is the best thing (jutsu) in naruto, because it makes it’s owner invicible and untachable, also it is mangekyo’s ability and with the sharingan it can not be deafeted!!!

Your actually missing the point of susanoo. It is clearly, Itachi’s most powerful technique in Naruto. You state that you are disappointed of susanoo compared to amaterasu or tsukuyomi and I see your point, but you must understand that susanoo is used for defense. After all, it is the ultimate defense and when combined along with itachi’s sword of totsuka, it can also become the ultimate offense, making Itachi almost invincible.

Sauske obsorbed orochimarus power after defeting him, kabuto inplanted orochimarus body in to him!

I really want this arc to end. It has been going on for 40 chapters now! And I want Naruto to come back – Sasuke is a bore. :x
