Misaka Mikoto Onee-sama!
It’s been such a long time since I’ve been this hyped-up over anime opening songs. Previously, I was hooked on eufonius’ Megumeru ~cuckool mix 2007~, and had always then been looking forward to their next release, which was the opening song for True Tears, titled Reflectia.
Right now, the song which keeps repeating itself on my music player is, no doubt, LEVEL5 -judgelight- by fripSide. They have produced yet another epic song after only my railgun.
Kiki’s Delivery Service

As you can most probably observe from the artwork in the picture above, Kiki’s Delivery Service is another one of Studio Ghibli’s masterpieces. This movie was produced in 1989, a long 19 years ago, but the vibrant artwork still triumphs over certain modern animes of today. So far, Ghibli’s movies have never disappointed me… Well, perhaps besides Howl’s Moving Castle, which didn’t leave that big of an impression on me.
Today, I took some time off to watch Kiki’s Delivery Service and after finishing it, the only thought on my mind was, “Darn! The movie was so damn short!”

Oh great! I finally have time to update a little on my anime life now. Sorry guys for the total lack of anime posts for the past few, or rather, many weeks. Since the start of school, every single day of my life was filled with darn tutorials, stupid project work, and ‘lovely’ harmonica practices.
Even so, I’m glad that I still have a little time to catch some of the Spring animes. I’m currently only watching a few and they’re Kamen no Maid Guy (I seriously have no idea who is the idiot who rated this anime ‘Adults only!’.), Special A, Soul Eater, and Vampire Knight.
Among these four, my favourite would have to be the 100% GAR Kamen no Maid Guy! It’s no doubt the most hilarious anime among the Spring animes.
The Matsuri 2008 (Cosplay)

I’m really sorry for the one-week late post on The Matsuri 2008 (Cosplay). Well, not that you would miss anything good even if I skip this post. Frankly speaking, The Matsuri 2008 (Cosplay) was pretty disappointing as compared to EOY’07 and SOY’08. There were very few cosplayers this time round and those who were there weren’t that good either. If you missed this event, count yourself lucky. Ignorance is bliss.
The Best of Spring Animes 2008

And so, a new season (For those who have been living under a well all this while, it’s SPRING.) is dawning on us, alongside a whole new series of animes which range from vampires to library. Given my current hectic schedule, it’s impossible for me to watch every single one of them, and I believe this is also the case for many of you out there who are busy with school, work, or girls.
After looking through all of them, I’ve came up with a list of animes which I definitely will watch, and some others which are pretty much worth a look. For those animes which aren’t mentioned here, there are three possibilities. The first is that they’re sequels and I never watch the previous season(s). The second is that they aren’t worth my time. However, if there are lots of online ravings about how awesome that anime is, I might consider. The third is, they’re plain crap.
So read on to find out which animes are worth investing your precious time in!

Yes I do!
From the title of this post, I suppose you can roughly guess that I’m definitely not a Kyou fan. If that’s what you think, then you’re only 50% correct. The truth is, I hate her to the core, just like how I hate Yuasa Hiromi for being a bitch.
For quite a long period of time, Clannad has yet to leave me with any big impression, but it had successfully done so with episode 18.

My favourite character in True Tears is an angel! If anyone cosplays as her, I would be the first to take a picture with her!
Following SOY Cosplay’08, there will be another cosplay event coming up soon in March. It’s called ‘The Matsuri 2008′ and it’ll be held at the rooftop of VivoCity. This event is basically divided into two segments. One of them focuses on J Rock, Goth, Visual kei, and Lolita fashion, and this segment falls on 15 March (Saturday). The next segment is entirely on cosplay and it’s on the following day i.e. 16 March (Sunday). Don’t mix up the two and dress up for the wrong segment!
